Welcome to Refuge du Pirate, beautiful recent, independent West Indian villa of 180m², located in lush greenery and well ventilated. Its private swimming pool, its garden and its covered terrace invite you to relax and laze around.

The design of the villa, 4 independent bedrooms each with their private bathroom, two of which open onto the terrace with a view of the bay of Deshaies and the island of Montserrat, allows the occupants to maintain real privacy. Family holiday home par excellence due to its size, it is also suitable for holidays with friends.The living/dining room being installed under the covered terrace, the latter becomes a real living room offering relaxation and a change of scenery.
Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and its private bathroom (3 with wc and 160/200 bed, the 4th with a 140/190 bed).
The swimming pool, protected by an alarm, exclusively reserved for tenants (4X8m) is equipped with an outdoor shower, 4 deckchairs and a carbet with its lounge.
Automatic lighting of the entire perimeter of the villa allows you to enjoy the exteriors at nightfall.

For stays of 3 to 6 people, the 3 bedrooms of the villa are available. The 4th bedroom near the swimming pool is open for stays of 7 or 8 people.

The village of Deshaies, known for hosting the filming of the English series Murder in Paradise every year, is a haven of beauty with its mountainous terrain and sandy beaches. The famous beach of Grande Anse is 1.5 km away and that of Rifflet La Perle is 4 km from the villa le Refuge du Pirate.
The Botanical Garden of Deshaies, the most visited place in Guadeloupe is 500 m from the villa. Many hiking trails are located within a radius of 40 km. The Soufrière volcano is 65 km away.
Diving clubs in Deshaies, observation of whale and dolphin migrations in season, equestrian club.

Practice:
Bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctor 1 km away in the village of Deshaies. Small market in Sainte Rose every morning. A list of delicious local restaurants and good advice will be given to you on your arrival at the villa le Refuge du Pirate.
Possibility of car rental with a partner at the airport or free airport transfers for any reservation of a car for at least 7 days. Taxi reservation possible.
